My opinion about Jeju naval base.

     Among almost all of decisions to do something, there are agreements and objections. Therefore, It is hard for us to judge whether it is right or not. Jeju naval base has so many opinions there. Therefore, there are strong point and weak point in Jeju naval base.
     First of all, the tourists from chian is decreasing now. Since Jeju is one of the most famous attractions in Korea. It is so important to maintain these fames. I heard that Because China has objected this construction, Tourists from China has not come like the past ,so we need to communicate with China about this construction.
     and then, there are many strong point about this. Since Korea is the only divided country and there are many nations near Korea. we have to defend our nation by making bases like Jeju naval base ,and because Jeju is located in middle of Korea. We can anchor our military ships there in Jeju. Also, somtimes, we import our goods from other nations because this base is big.
     I think as you planed, we have to keep going this constuction. and also, I think the purpose of this construction is good. As I said even tourists from China are decreasing, we can attract tourists by making this base. Moreover, I think communication with othernation near Korea is most important because they might hate this construction. I hope this constuction will complete well in the recent day and unlike 4 rivers I hope there will be there is no dead people by doing this constuction

University Tuition Fee in Korea

    As a No.1 nation in education, Korea high school students spend almost their high school period studying for the SAT(Scholastic ability test). However, even though they enter the university, there are many difficulties in university. Korea is the second nation whose tuition fee is high. Therefore, after taking the SAT and before attending university, many students work as a part-timer to earn their tuition fee ,but the pay of part time job is so low compared to tuition fee. Therefore, we need solutions to lower tuition fee.

    First of all, each university must not bulid up only buildings but also they have to spend their money for students. The news says that university has saved money for building and later. It is big amount of money. Therefore, each university must invest these money for students.

    Also, Like Univ. of Seoul, each city should support money to university which they manage. I was really happy to hear about seoul city's support to Univ. of Seoul. If there is chance which students can pay money half than original tuition fee, students have more opportunities to spend their time to other parts for their future.

    Lastly, there are needs for students to do efforts for better universities. For example, university students have clean their class room and area of whole university by themselves. The reason I wrote down about students' efforts is that many university have hired many workers for cleaning. Therefore, each university spend lots of money on hiring many workers. I mean If we do efforts to clean our university. There is no need to hire many workers only some workers. Therefore, we can save our tuition by doing like this.

    There are so many solutions to lower university tuition fee. Also, both students and universities must try to make an effort for that. I hope Korea can be the nation

students can go university without any burden.

About Physical Punishment in Korea

     In my experience of middle and high school, teacher is the scariest person in the world. Sometimes they didn't be hesitant to slap cheek of students. I thought this is abuse of the power. Therefore, I always thought physical punishment have to be deleted. However, after setting the regulations not to do physical punishment, some problems happened like even student hit their teachers by using this regulation. Therefore, I think sometimes, it is needed for teachers but they don't have to abuse this regulation.

    First of all, teachers have to respect their students as a person. It is no doubt that many people have an each personality. Therefore, teachers who are making lots of problems have to be fired. It's very important for student and school. However, teacher usually works forever even though they make many problems. What a big problems so I think each principal must care about these matter even including

students.

    Secondly, the Ministry of Education has to strengthen penalties of students. I have never thought these incidents happens that students hit teacher or just abuse their right by using regulation of prohibition of physical punishment. Therefore, by strengthening of penalties for students like suspension from school and expulsion from school, we need to sometimes improve rights of teachers.

    Thirdly, by using many beneficial methods, we can check inside of the class room. I think CCTV is the most helpful method to prevent and check figures in the class room. Also, we can record so we can check what happens in the class room. On the other hand, we can hire people who can help students and teachers. Relatively teacher teaches about 30 students in the class room. It's hard for each teacher to control all the students and sometimes students attack teachers. Therefore, by using equipment teachers can call guard and they can protect their right.

    I don't know which way is better but if we combined these two things (permission of punishment and prohibition of punishment) well. I think we can make better environment for both student and teacher. Also, I hope no one is victim of these problems.

How to prevent the violence in Army

   
   

     Since Korea is the only divided country in the world, almost Korean men have to go army for about 2 years. This length of period is not short. Therefore, many accidents happen in army. In my experience, many bad things occur in my military service. It's hard for us to prevent these problems perfectly. However, there are my good ideas to prevent violence.

     First of all, Before joining the military service, we usually take only physical check up. I think personality test is also important like physical check up. Therefore, by taking personality test with physical check up, we can select people who have strange personality. Indeed, Between 2010 and 2011, About 7,300 new soldiers who have abnormal personality added to General outpost unit. It is so big problem. So I think prevention before joining army is so important.

     Secondly, The Ministry of National Defense must strengthen laws and punishment concerning violence. When I was a soldier, there is much violence. However, the penalty was so low. Moreover the officials were reluctant to punish and just let him stay there. As officials have a force, they must care about this more and try to watch out.

     Thirdly, because there are many officials in the company, I think officials have to sleep with normal soldiers by taking turns. In the army, usually at night there is only one official in the company. Therefore, senior soldiers annoy juniors during night. In my experiences, I was so afraid at night; senior usually gathered us in just one room and then kept teasing us so many times.

     Lastly, we can make good education program. Due to mental problem, some soldiers bother juniors. Therefore, Army has to come up with many effective education programs. Not only for juniors but also for seniors and officials. It’s so important to prevent accidents

     Though Korean army is getting better for environment and facilities, there are problems of violence. Since many ordinary people attend army as a duty, I hope The Ministry of National Defense can reduce problems of violence in Army.

Property prices in Seoul

One of the Seoul mayoral election's issues is how to control the Seoul property prices. Surprisingly, according to the statistic, property prices in Seoul have increased 37 times within 30 years. Also Seoul city's property prices are more expensive 10 times than local area. Therefore, ordinary people are hard to buy houses in Seoul. Then, let's know about the real estimate in Korea.

First of all, property prices of Korea are the most expensive in the world. As of 2005, Total property prices of Korea are 2 thousand 3 hundred won. It means that we can buy Canada six times and buy France 8 times by using our whole property prices. Also this figure ranked third and this means Korean people have hard time to buying their own house.

Second thing is polarization of property prices between capital area and non-capital area also, Gangnam and the other area of Seoul. Especially, since including Gamnam, Seoul and capital area's property prices skyrocketed, price differences was grown.

We can check this polarization as calculate each Gu's total property prices. If we add three GU, Gang-nam, Seo-cho, Song pa, which property prices are high, the whole price is one hundred eighty four trillion. By using this whole money, we can buy all other 12 Gus, Nowon, Gooro, Sungdong, Gangbuk etc.

    Current Seoul mayor's election commitment is to lower property prices and balance the real estimate prices between big 3 GU (Gangnam, Seocho, Songpa) and the other Gus. Until now, property price is already increased a lot; I think it's hard for just mayor Park to deal with this issue. I think mayor and other politicians make it to reduce property price for ordinary people.



The methods to prevent leakage of personal information

     Nowadays, Nate and Nonghyup , famous sites for bank and community, were seriously damaged by hackers ,and most personal information was leaked. However, there is few solutions for Korea to deal with these damages, victims is getting increased. I'd like to write down my own methods to prevent leakage of personal information

     First of all, we need to change password as frequently as possible. I was also hacked ,and the hacker asked my relativeto send money to his account. Since i didn't change my password so long, I think this may happen. Even though site is hacked, if we change our password frequently, we can keep our contents and information in our sites. I think it's the easiest way to prevent our information from hackers and hacking.

     In the second place, usually Korean sites ask us to write our ID number for sign. I think this system cause leakage of our information. Google and other foreign sites don't request people to put id number ,and I know that the reason Korean sites request us to put id number is to prevent overload. However, though many people in the world use google, the site hardly make troubles about overload. Therefore, I think Korean sites also change the system not to put Id number for sign like google.

     The third method is that each site try to make strong system to protect from hacker's attack. Hackers are so talented and trained well. As no.1 nation of internet and IT, we must come up with compete systems to prevent hacking.

     Changing password, altering whole system for sigh and making more strong security system are all not easy.

However, our personal information is so important and valuable. I hope we can come up with complete systems and methods as soon as possible so make people all over the world can use internet freely.

Seoul Design

    This picture is Seoul Design project's goal to change the views in Seoul. I have never thought that 4river restoration is good project, but after reviewing about Seoul Design, I think there are many benefits and good aspects for notifying this project to foreigners and it's true that many people support the Seoul design by using social network and by commenting the news article.

    First of all, If we complete the project, It lasts so long time and there is little restoration fee. Many people think that this project costs a lot, and they insist that we have to switch this project fee to other beneficial project. I understand that it costs a lot, but after fixing and changing things, we can feel this project is so good for the future. For example, if we paint all the taxi, it makes us to recognize taxies more easy way, and there is no need to repaint for a long time.

    Also, As Seoul is the Capital of Korea; we can attract many travelers from other nations. Snack stools are common things in Korea. However, it happens illegally. Moreover, travelers may think snack stools are insanitary and dirty. Therefore, it is better for Korea to make clean booth and support them little money. However, in policy the vendors must pay whole things. It's very unfortunate, but just excluding this effect; we can obtain many things for developing sightseeing in Korea.

    Like my opinion, I think we have to face the future more than current losses. Moreover, as the project is completed over 80%, we have to keep going this project well. Therefore, I hope that if park won sun who supports free meals be a mayor in Seoul, he finish this Seoul design project well.
